Bathing suit

I'm thinking about buying a new swimsuit.
I was planning on waiting until the end of the season for prices to go down, but it's kind of almost the end, right? And Limericki.com is having a 40% off sale. And if I look online for coupon codes (yes, I'm that kind of girl), it could be even cheaper. Because let me tell you, I have my eyes on this baby.

Matched with these bottoms

Ohh.... I want a job so baaaaddd...

How come all this blue sky is around me and you found me?

My favorite word today is "wild."

This is what procrastinating on an online computer basics class looks like:

Because seriously, watching Microsoft Office tutorials and making spreadsheets about cupcake sales? Boooring.

I was thinking about you, I drew a little picture.

Summer is a delightful thing.

Sorry I'm not blogging as often.

Things that are happening to Emily Jardine:

1. She is frantically trying to finish Huckleberry Finn and then read all of the Grapes of Wrath by August 9.

2. She is getting ready for her birthday and her birthday party (3 more days until her birthday!)

3. She is getting ready for her first date on Friday. Hooray for her! And it is with a very close friend of hers. Happy day.

4. She is freaking out trying to find appropriate cosmetology dress code clothing.

5. She is trying (and failing) to get in shape. She really likes chips and taco sauce. And she really doesn't like running. This is not a good mix if she wants to be skinny when she grows up.

6. She is freakin' out about the new schoolyear starting. Because for one thing, she has a weird schedule, in which the only friends she has are three friends in her seminary class (Erika, Alexa, and Kellie.) Other than that, Emily doesn't have any friends this year. Hmm, lame. For another thing, Emily has to wake up at 4:30 (NOOOOO!!!!!) to get to her A-Hour this year. Oh what fun. Please say we have classes together:
A Hour Math 5/6 with Smith
1st Hour Seminary
2nd Hour Earth Science with Yauney (Why, oh freaking WHY did I sign up for this class?! I sort of wish I was doing College Geology. Oh well)
3rd Hour AP English with Taylor
4th Hour "Lunch" (I learned that the bus doesn't come until almost the END of this hour, so I will have a lunch. SCORE!)
5th-7th Hour Cosmetology

7. She is yearning for a princess adventure, please.

Thats it and thats all.

Emily's Wonderful World in "Return of the Online Class"

*Ominous theme music plays....*

Thats right. Do you remember quite a few months ago when I was working on an online world studies class, which caused much crying, pulling of hair, whining, and gnashing of teeth? {Mayyyybe not gnashing of teeth}

Um, ya. It's back.

Except this time, it is appearing in a new form: AMERICAN HISTORY.

Pros:
-I am actually interested in American History.
-I know what I am getting myself into this time.
-I am starting earlier this time.
-It means I can take cosmetology next year. :)

Cons:
-I am going to be quite a busy one this summer, with EFY and girls camp and a possible vacation.
-I have less time to do it in than last time.
-I JUST DON'T WANNAAAAAA.....

But, NO! I will persevere!!! {umm, if that's how you spell it.} I WILL get this American History class done {eventually}. I WILL enjoy it {HA!}. And I WILL have a life this summer despite it {not likely}.

Yeaahh.

Motivate me.
